Thank You Quicken Loans!

Quicken Pic“It was a pleasure to team up with Forgotten Harvest to help so many families during this important time of the year”, says Paul Blanchard, Regional Vice President of Mortgage Banking. “The Quicken Loans banking force raised enough money to provide 60,000 meals for metro Detroit families. It’s an honor to be able to touch so many families in Metro Detroit through our partnership with Forgotten Harvest.”

This holiday season, the banking team members at Quicken Loans gave back by holding an internal competition and fundraiser to support various nonprofits in the Detroit community. Forgotten Harvest was honored to be selected by two mortgage banking regions: Foundation and Neighborhood. The regions earned corporate dollars for Forgotten Harvest when they reached percentages of their goal and many bankers gave personally. Collectively, our champions at Quicken Loans raised $12,000!

“Giving back to our community is who we are and what we do as a company – not only during the holidays, but throughout the entire year”, says Blanchard.

We, at Forgotten Harvest, are amazed by the commitment, enthusiasm and energy that each Quicken Loans team member poured into our mission. Thank you to our friends at Quicken Loans for your dedication to strengthening and supporting the community in which you live, work and play!
